People for Education is a non-profit organization that conducts research and advocacy for public education in Canada. Working with governments and officials, PFE helps shape policies and fights for better education across the country. PFE wanted to rebrand in order to solidify themselves as a more established and professional organization in the eyes of potential investors and stakeholders. The goal was to elevate the brand beyond that of what is standard in the not-for-profit space and to develop a unique and flexible visual system that carries the potential to apply to an international scope.

Pattern system
The visual brand is honed around a pattern system devised from a typographic expression of the work “education”. The letterforms have been pulled apart and abstracted to create a visual representation of the non-linear, diverse, creative education process.
